Matt Muolo, Men's Track
Senior Matt Muolo (Stoneham, Mass/ Stoneham) collected his third Soaring Falcon honor of the season after leading the Fitchburg State men’s track and field team at the Tufts Invitational.
Muolo was named MASCAC Field Athlete of the Week after taking top honors in the weight with a throw of 17.23 meters. In addition, Muolo collected a second place finish in the shot put posting a mark of 14.54 meters.
The Falcons men’s and women’s track teams will be back in action this Sunday at the GBTC Meet at Harvard.
