Front Desk Attendants play a critical role in the success of the department as they are often times the first person to interact with patrons entering the Recreation Center. They provide excellent customer service while monitoring access to the facility. They are responsible for handling memberships and managing equipment checkout. Front Desk Attendants are very knowledgeable about all departmental programming, acting as a great resource for the campus community.
